In this role Darren incorporates installing small and larger electrical installations at industrial sites in the metropolitan area and, at times, away from home for a broad range of industries. He works as part of a team with a range of electrical experience and levels to undertake installations that meet quality and safety standards.
As the HA Specialist for Layland Brothers Electrical Darren undertakes construction, installation, operation, maintenance/repair, modification, inspection and management of Hazardous Area electrical installations. In this position Darren performs preventive maintenance and repairs on HA equipment as well as constructing and installing system components, equipment and fixtures. He also undertakes troubleshooting, analysis and calibrations/modifications to a variety of devices.
