Richard became partners with his father, and after the passing of their father Robert Layland became partners in the company with Richard Layland until they immigrated to Australia in 2006. They have been based in Adelaide now for 10 years.

Richard is responsible for the mechanical electrical installation part of the company where his role is the management of all projects and in conjunction with the rest of the management team ensures that we meet our objectives and commitments, whilst on a day to day basis maintain a high standard at all work sites. He is also responsible for the effective management of and coordination of allocated projects within the company.

With over 30 years’ experience Richard is able to be proactive in his approach to find resolutions to electrical design issues that may arise.

Richard has always adopted a hand’s on approach to all that he has achieved and with his eye for detail this has ensured that all projects that he is involved in are a success for all parties.
