Roger supervises the day-to-day, on-site activities for the installation and implementation of electrical projects and ensures that projects operations run smoothly and cost effectively.  He is also responsible for the quality of work undertaken and provides assistance to apprentices and electricians. With Rogers approachable nature he communicates regularly with clients and Project Managers regarding installation and testing and ensures the optimum use of available resources.
