He supervises the day-to-day, on-site activities for the installation and implementation of mechanical/electrical BMS/control projects. He is most proficient at providing technical advice and on the job training to apprentices and electrical tradespersons.  Ross communicates directly and regularly with clients and Project Managers on project progress, variations, efficiency ideas and scheduling ensuring that costs are contained and scope creep does not occur.  He ensures that staff complete assigned installation and testing tasks within defined time frames and budget parameters and facilitates the smooth running of site as well as optimising the use of available resources.
