The position provides leadership to the team and oversees the day-to–day operations on each work site, reviews WIP, payments, variations and expenditure and ensures that sufficient labour and materials are allocated to complete the project. In addition the position provides progress reports to the management team and ensures that all activities conform to all legislative requirements and internal policies including WHS, QA and project related financial reporting.
Tony is responsible for the production of Mechanical Electrical design and construction of AutoCad drawings from concept to commissioning.
